‘The exhibition will centre on the concept of ‘Cultural Bonds’. Our goal is to explore the tripartite interaction between culture, faith and self. Despite our common faith (Islam) our individuality is not lost. Our artists inhabit a range of cultural backgrounds – from East to West. Both the globalized and the local come together in a unique form. The hybridity will give us insight and help build links to areas left uncharted.’ Variant Space
