FEMINIST GRAPHIC ARTS is a new twice yearly event providing a platform for Feminist identified artists to share skills or develop new ones, through workshops and talks sharing alternative art work. The event will showcase Feminist Graphic artwork in an exhibition opening that evening. Free entry all day and everybody welcome, all gender inclusive event.

-We are looking for people who would be interested in giving short talks - for example, the history of feminist graphic art.
-We are looking for feminist graphic artists who would like to do a presentation of their personal work.
-People who would like to run workshops.
-We are also looking for submissions to an exhibition that we will open on the day.

Call out for artists for exhibition
We would like to invite feminist identified artists to submit artwork for an exhibition and a collective zine, both to be launched during the Feminist Graphic Arts event at the Feminist Library on the 28th September 2013. On the day, we will exhibit artworks in the library on the theme of ‘I call myself a feminist because…” If you would like to participate please mail us your artwork as an A4 page, black and white. The deadline for submission is 13th of September. Please include a short description about yourself/your work.
